Peachwood Smoked Easter Ham

I had so many different dishes that needed to go in the oven for Easter dinner and I had no room for the ham.  So, I thought to myself, what about the WSM?  What a great idea that was! Here are some of the pictures of the cooking process.

Unfortunately I was not able to get a picture of the finished product.  As soon as I took it off of the smoker it was rapidly and thoroughly picked over, and it was good!

I will never cook a ham in the oven again, and the peach wood was a perfect choice; very mild. OUTSTANDING flavor!!!!!!
